Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers connected to the Site.

Intellectual Property

The content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, blog posts, code samples, and the Cloudology name — is the property of Cloudology or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal or internal business purposes; you may not republish, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the content without our written permission.

Where third-party trademarks appear (for example, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), they are the property of their respective owners. References to those marks are for identification only and do not imply endorsement by those companies unless explicitly stated.

Engagement Terms

Information provided on the Site about Cloudology services is for general informational purposes. Specific engagements between Cloudology and a client are governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement, or similar) that controls scope, deliverables, fees, confidentiality, and liability for that engagement. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or contract.

No Professional Advice

Decisions about your business or technology should be made in consultation with qualified professionals familiar with your specific situation.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Cloudology does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudology disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudology and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
